As a matter of fact all the raw material from stains , paper, boxes paint brushes absolutely everything is 100% made in the USA. Only the finest materials become a Carolenas Cross and are all meticulously hand made by American Artisans.

We designing and making the Heirloom Crosses I used a used a mix technicians from old world and new world technologies in order to produce these very high quality Christian Crosses. The Heirloom Cross started out with an idea and a vision of the the product, along with the idea of the product I also vision the woods species, stain and finish that would best show the product and the vision. The first Heirloom Cross was a vision of Tiger Maple wood with dark stain and a hand rubbed finish. Now that I had the vision I started with a sketch once I approved of the vision, we then start by making a wire frame that is used to sculpt onto. we sculpt using standard sculpting techniques to recreate the best features and feelings we are trying to convey. Once a perfect sculpture is made we then make a mold of that sculpt. The mold is used to cast a pigmented resin material into it.
